For declared value exceeding $100 (up to $5,000), a surcharge of 3% will be added to the cost of the insurance. For the limitation of liability, the amount of any loss or damage computed may not exceed an amount of $4.41/ kg ($2.00/ lb) depending on the total weight of the shipment.
